MossCrystal is a sole proprietorship based in Guangzhou. Orders, questions and complaints do not land with a support team but with me. That is manageable with 265 items – and it is the reason every product page shows a real price and a photo of the actual stone.

Why this shop exists
What is in the shop is on the shelf
The idea comes from a simple observation: anyone who needs gemstone beads for their own workshop often gets catalogue photos, changing batches and prices that vary with quantity. For a manufacturing studio that is unusable – you do not cost on the basis of a batch that will not be available next week.
That is why every item in our shop states stone type, cut, size, drill hole – and shows a photo of the item that is actually shipped. Anything not in stock is not listed.
The range is aimed at DIY jewellery projects, retail and resale. Anyone who resells or processes our stones gets 10 % – no minimum order value, no negotiation.
Price and origin
Why a strand costs what it costs
Natural stone is a raw material with fluctuations: same stone type, different mine – different colour, different price. Many shops solve this by mixing batches or reusing the same photos several times. What the customer receives is whatever happened to be there.
We buy directly from dealers in Brazil, Madagascar, Pakistan and Afghanistan, inspect every batch before listing and photograph the item that is shipped. That takes time – and it is the reason the same stone type does not appear here in five quality grades at five prices.
The price in the shop is the final price: VAT included, no tiers, no negotiation. Free shipping within Germany from 60 €, EU from 79 €, Switzerland and non-EU from 120 €.

Natural materials
Stones from checked suppliers, mainly from Brazil, Madagascar, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Every batch is inspected before listing.
Clear information instead of promises
Stone type, cut, size, drill hole, weight. What we cannot substantiate does not appear in the text – not even as an advertising claim.
One price for everyone
No negotiation, no changing tiers in the shop. Trade customers get 10 % – whether they order one strand or twenty.
