Shipping and delivery costs
We ship from stock to Germany, the rest of the EU as well as Switzerland and other non-EU countries. Shipping costs depend on destination country and order value.

Shipments to Switzerland and other non-EU countries may also incur import duties, customs and taxes. These are borne by the recipient.
Delivery time
We ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland within 3–5 working days after payment has been received. For wholesale quantities or sample orders we state the date in the quote.
Payment methods
PayPal, Visa and Mastercard as well as bank transfer. Your card is charged at the time of order; for prepayment we ship once payment has been received.
Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and additionally a 30-day return policy. Business customers arrange returns according to the details in the quote or order confirmation.
Trade customers
The 10% reseller discount applies with no minimum order value. You submit your trade licence once before your first order — after that the discount is applied automatically.
