Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, which is however not prescribed.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier point in time.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 30-day returns

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a return within 30 days from receipt of the goods. The same conditions apply as for withdrawal: the goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging; you bear the return shipping costs.

Goods made to measure or clearly tailored to your personal requirements are not taken back. Natural variations in colour, pattern, transparency and size are typical of natural stone and not a defect.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For returns from Germany, Austria and Switzerland the standard price of an insured parcel is usually between €6 and €20 depending on weight and provider; shipments from other countries may cost more. We refund the goods plus the original delivery costs of the cheapest standard shipping – not the cost of the return.

For business customers (B2B) the return conditions of the order confirmation apply instead.
