One set of conditions for everyone – no haggling over tiers, no minimum purchase you first have to reach.
10% off every order
No minimum order value. Once activated, the discount is applied automatically to all item prices.
Tiered prices on request
For larger quantities we quote a price per strand or per gram. Tell us the product code, quantity and delivery date.
Samples and advice
Quality samples before the production order, plus an assessment of stone variety, cut and sizes for your collection.
Process
Three steps to a trade account

Send trade licence
Once, before your first order, by email to service@mosscrystal.com – a copy or a photo is enough.

Activation
We register your access as a trade customer. After that the discount is applied automatically to every order.

Order or enquire
Order directly in the shop, or send an enquiry with product code, quantity and date if it gets bigger.
Range
265 items, 40+ stone types
The stock is sorted by stone type and shape: bead strands, loose material, cabochons and findings for jewellery making. Everything in the shop is available from stock – including larger quantities.
Shipping: free within Germany from 60 €, within the EU from 79 €, to Switzerland and non-EU countries from 120 €. Customs and import VAT are borne by the recipient.
Payment: PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer.
Private customers
Loyalty programme
For regular purchases we invite you to our loyalty programme – with an individual loyalty discount applied to every order. The discount applies to retail goods, excluding wholesale quantities and special offers.
