Description

Citrine – rondelles, 4–6 mm

Citrine is the yellow to golden-brown variety of quartz. Much of the trade material is heat-treated amethyst; natural stones come mainly from Brazil and Madagascar. Mohs hardness 7.

Rondelles are flattened at the sides and can be stacked tightly. Drilled.

Care: clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, then wipe dry. An ultrasonic bath is not necessary for natural stone.
