Description

Amethyst – square cut

Amethyst is the violet variety of quartz, coloured by iron and natural radiation in the crystal lattice, mainly from Brazil, Uruguay and Zambia. Mohs hardness 7; the depth of violet varies from piece to piece.

Square-cut stones form an even grid in a bracelet and mix well with round beads. Drilled.

Care: clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, then wipe dry. An ultrasonic bath is not necessary for natural stone.
